Training Provider Team

Name: Gaynor Webb  Role: Primary Lead ITE Coordinator  

Gaynor is the primary Lead Initial Teacher Education Co-ordinator (LITEC) for School Direct – coordinating school based training experience and overseeing the cluster.

Gaynor has successfully worked with teachers and leaders at various stages of their career in order to develop their teaching and learning.

Name: Graham Teesdale : Lead Practitioner  

Graham is the LITEC for the Penistone Area Partnership for School Direct and ITT, alongside being Head of Computing and a lead practioner.

With 10 years of experience in schools,  Graham has successfully developed teachers within the Computing department and across schools through effective CPD/INSET and coaching.

Graham was responsible for the development and running of secondary School Direct ITT programme in his previous role before joining Penistone Grammar School.

Graham has qualified teacher status (QTS) with PGCE and studied ICT to Degree level.
